(i) Kuwait Airways litigation against Iraqi Airways Corporation (a complex series of concurrent Commercial Court and Court of Appeal actions and associated appeals arising out of the invasion of Kuwait, conversion of aircraft and spares by Iraq in 1990) obtaining and seeking cross-border enforcement of judgments in excess of $1bn;

(iii) multi-jurisdictional litigation for a Russian National bank;
