John Szepietowski

John Szepietowski is a highly experienced solicitor covering a wide area of law including litigation, crime, HMRC matters, finance and banking, insolvency, wills trusts and probate. He also has detailed property investment experience, and regularly gives talks and seminars on property matters.

John has an extensive academic background including St. Antony’s College University of Oxford, the University of Sussex and the University of Law.  Since qualifying in 1995 he has enjoyed numerous successes in Court, including the Courts of Appeal and the UK Supreme Court.

Numerous high profile clients have been represented by him including his successful representation of Mr. Max Clifford at Southwark Crown Court in the case of Regina v Maxwell Clifford 2016.

John also successfully represented the only defendant acquitted in one of the UK’s largest HMRC VAT fraud trials, and successfully raised debt finance in excess of £30m for one corporate client.
